Online services allows you to make a claim or respond to a claim to the Industrial Tribunals and/or The Fair Employment Tribunal for Northern Ireland. You must register with the site in order to use these services.
A claim form, ET1(NI), is also available on PDF for downloading - see Publications.
This page also provides information on the weekly hearing schedule of the Industrial Tribunals and The Fair Employment Tribunal and the main decisions of these tribunals which have been issued since January 2007.

The Redundancy Payments Service website is aimed at two distinct groups:
EMPLOYEES
As an employee who has been made redundant you will be able to make an on-line application for a redundancy payment. If your employer is legally insolvent then certain wage related debts which your employer has not paid you can also be claimed. The most common debts are Arrears of Pay, Holiday Pay, Pay-in-Lieu of Notice and Unpaid Pension Contributions.


EMPLOYER REPRESENTATIVES
As an Employers Representative you will be able to provide electronically the most common forms of information relating to the employer you have been engaged to represent which would normally be provided to the Redundancy Payments Service via mail
